Mark & Tyice Strahl
October 2018 - Mark and Tyice Strahl continue to focus on helping seniors who are in transition with their agencies Specialty Homecare Lifeline and Lifestage. Lifestage is the areas premier Senior Advisory Agency that provides a comprehensive and broad base of resources for families and individuals. SHC Lifeline has streamlined operations to focus solely on its Personal Medication dispenser program which resulted in divesting from the medical alert, AED, and fire suppression product lines in Fall of 2018.
February 2018 - Mark and Tyice Strahl currently own and operate 2 agencies in the Spokane, WA area (SHC Lifeline and SHC Lifestage) which focus on helping seniors who are in transition in the lives. SHC Lifestage Inc was launched in 2017 and today is the areas premier Senior Advisory Agency (www.Lifestage.bz), while SHC Lifeline's focus is on TeleCare which revolves around Medical Alerts and Medication Dispensers. Mark and Ty have been in the health care industry for over 30 years both as licensed Providers and Owners of care facilities which allows them to have a very deep understanding of the needs of those they serve.
The Strahl's have worked the past years to develop WAC medication complaint packaging, along with numerous community partners, in order for their medication dispensing program (PMD) to serve the vulnerable community. In 2011 they were selected as Lifeline Academy Award winner, which was awarded to only 13 programs out of 3000 nationwide. 2012 started off with Philips Healthcare awarding the Strahl's the first Philips Home Monitoring program in the nation because of their vision and performance. In June of 2012, they won their 2nd consecutive Lifeline Academy Award as 1 of the top 10 programs in the nation. In June 2013 they not only won there 3rd Lifeline Achievement Award but were selected to serve as an Advisory Board member. In July of 2012, they announced the creation of the TeleCare Suite which allows their mobilized web platform to provide instant awareness through effective communication to subscribers. The Strahl’s continued to work with Philips to develop a delivery model that would address all 3 Pillars of Independent Living: Medication Adherence, Personal Safety & Security, and the elusive ADL support portion. In August of 2012, the TeleCare Suite was re-calibrated to allow health care agencies to become administers and offer it as part of their plan of care. The TeleCare Suite Pro was launched and reduces health care cost by 2/3, while lowering acuity and improving outcomes for subscribers, and addresses all 3 Pillars of Independent Living. Today there is the Complete Care Network which brings multiple agencies together to offer the best care that is patient centered at the lowest costs.

Mark and Tyice Strahl have been awarded the Lifeline Academy Award the last 4 years for being in the top 10% of all programs. Specialty Homecare Lifeline was asked in 2013 to become a Philips Lifeline Advisory Board member, which is only open to 11 programs nationally, to have direct input in product development. The Strahl’s have developed proprietary complaint packaging for the Personal Medication Dispenser (PMD) allowing PMD subscribers to have direct pharmacy support. This innovative solution has launched the Complete Care Network, a multi-agency approach to provide patient centered care that minimizes health care cost by using the TeleCare’s demonstrative data to make objective health care decisions while improving patient outcomes. The Strahl’s are members of the Spokane Falls Free Coalition through the Spokane Public Health District and members of the Senior Action Network of Eastern WA. Previously they served as Board members for West Spokane Kiwanis, Advisory Board for a Washington State University research and development team for a Falls Assessment Mobile App. Tyice had the pleasure to serve as the CEO and Executive Director for a local non-profit program which served those with special needs through recreational therapy.
